LHS Scholarship Opportunities
Basic Scholarship Information:
There are many different resources for students when it comes to covering college cost. This page contains resources to help future college students get started on the next step. Most scholarship committees consider some combination of the following criteria: GPA, Standardize test scores, special skill or involvement (music, art, athletics, work or community involvement), and/or demonstrated financial need.
Institutional Provided Scholarships:
Each college/university also provides a range of scholarships they award to admitted students based some of the criteria listed above that; some with it's own deadlines and requirements. Please check with each institution you are considering about what scholarships you may be eligible for. Typically their financial aid/admissions offices are more than willing to help students locate scholarship information.

Our great community of Lowell also offers many local scholarships. These local scholarships are available for application beginning January 12, 2024 online at 8:00am.
